The Monday Mood Booster Run Club is a free, inclusive running community that meets every Monday in Hyde Park, London. We’re all about running for your mood, not your pace welcoming all levels from first-timers to seasoned runners. Each session focuses on connection, encouragement, and ending your Monday on a high.
We meet every Monday at 6:30 PM in Hyde Park, London. Each week we start together, finish together, and end the evening with a chat and good vibes. Times can occasionally change for special events, so check our Instagram for updates.
Not at all. The run club is designed for everyone whether you’re new to running, coming back after a break, or just looking for a mood boost. We split into pace groups so no one runs alone, and there’s zero pressure on speed or distance.

We meet at the City of Quebec Pub just outside Hyde Park. We post the exact details in our whatsapp chat which you can join from the Run Club page to make it easy to find us.
